  I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Our accommodation was cancelled through the company and we have been left out of pocket as well as being inconvenienced, staying in substandard accommodation and missing out on sight seeing. We have given the company many opportunities to rectify the situation but they have refused to do so.

  Went there once for travel advice, although they were willng to be helpful they didnt seem to know what they were talking about and made it all seem very complicated. I booked my own holiday through reading Lonely Travel guide and the net with much less fuss. Business seems quite out of date and poorly trained.

  Ros has been in business for more than 20 years, and her experience is very valuable when planning a trip. They always know the latest offers, and are very willing to help you plan any holiday. If you are a do-it-yourself traveller, no travel agency will meet your needs, but those of us who like to tap into industry knowledge and and rest assured in the knowledge that the trip is all planned in advance, Ros and her team are the people to turn to.
